Noze has digitized the sense of smell. We’ve done for the nose what the camera did for the eyes and the microphone did for the ears. It took six years and some help from NASA but we did it. Now it’s time for us to bring it to the world.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will take the lead on all things copywriting and corporate narrative.

Who You Are

You are a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. This role will require you to think both strategically and tactically, and you absolutely must enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty. This role is not for those who want predictable because no two days will be the same.

You will leverage your experience in digital health and/or medical technology to be a powerful storyteller, a relentless ideator, a bold experimenter, and a determined executor. You have an eye for detail and “getting things done” is just the way you operate. Most importantly, you understand that the key to your success is in building great working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

  • As the Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for communicating the overall corporate identity in a creative and compelling way through various forms of content
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company’s vision and communicate it effectively
  • Draft copy that effectively bridges the gap between complex healthcare technology and the average audience
  • Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, target audience, and stakeholder needs to ensure content remains current, relevant, and distinctive.
  • Create both long form and short form copy for all corporate messaging including social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Design and create high-quality content to build awareness and educate prospective partners e.g. product videos, landing pages, email campaigns, white papers, blog posts, infographics, etc
  • Consult various stakeholders, including senior executive leadership to understand and manage their content objectives
  • Take ownership of media briefs/inquiries by drafting key messages and crafting messages
  • Develop creative content strategies that are forward-thinking and in-line with corporate strategy and narrative
  • Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
  • Collaborate with PR and other marketing functions within the company to produce high quality content

What you need

  • Copywriting experience in the medical technology or digital health space
  • Command over voice, tone, and narrative with the ability to adapt according to the speaker (CEO, CTO) and the audience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of professional writing and copywriting experience
  • Experience writing content in the tone of voice of executive leadership
  • The ability to understand complex technical topics (deep technology)
  • The ability to breathe life into traditionally dry and technical topics translating them into engaging content that resonates with the general audience
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
  • Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with strong opinions about the details

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A strong command of the French language to translate as well as write original content
  • SEO skills
